The summer is ending, so no more heat. That doesn’t mean you won’t sweat or that the cold will stop a person from smelling. So, to keep our hygiene in check we need to know the importance of hygiene. It’s important because better hygiene leads to better health, confidence and overall growth. To be clean and have good hygiene there are many steps we need to take.
- Take a shower daily
- Wash your hands frequently
- Brush teeth twice a day
- Cover mouth when coughing or sneezing
- Wear deodorant ( not only does it help a person not sweat as much but it keeps you smelling clean and fresh)
All these things will help with not smelling.
Doing laundry, washing your clothes can seem mundane and like a pain but fresh clean clothes is a key piece to feeling put together and ready to take on the day. Good hygiene and clean clothes will make your day and those around you.
