Currently Tri- Cities is facing serious smoke. Low air quality has lead to schools doing P.E. inside, and multiple sport games being canceled this week.  The smoke is coming in from Oregon and California due to wildfires. Since then it has been reported that the fires have been going since last Saturday.  The National Weather service issued an air quality alert on Monday morning in hopes that the air quality would get better this following Wednesday. The health reports encourage people to stay inside as much as possible due to health regulations.  Tuesday our local AQI was at 170 but Wednesday the air seems to be much improved.
