With outstanding team unity your Lady Coyotes were able to take a solid win against the Wolf Pack from Dayton-Waitsburg.  Both teams came out with fierce intensity. Tuesday night, Thaily Cruz had amazing passes to setter, Josie Lee. Which in return lead to solid hits from both Kendall Armstrong and Alyssa Stanley. Occasionally, Karsyn Wallace would have to step up and set, that in return did not change the flow of the game but added to the excitement.

Burbank ended the first set with a score of 25 to 18. The second quarter lost much of the prior intensity, leading to the Wolf Pack winning a score of 13 to 25. At this point the game was tired entering the third quarter.  Gradually, the ferocity on the court picked up, to which the coyotes used to their advantage. One point in the game each serve resulted in a full out rally and great saves. This set was the turning point of the game. To finish the third set, Karsyn Wallace served 10 untouchable serves in a row. The Wolves could not return her serves ending the third set 25 to 8. Coming this close to victory, the Coyotes with determined to finish the game.

Dayton- Waitsburg was not going down without a fight. The ball hardly when untouched the fourth set. Audri Kinsey’s jump servers were impeccable, leading to several shanks, free balls, and tips on the wolves behalf. Alyssa Stanley had some great digs popping the ball up to her teammates. The girls excellent hustle, determination, and teamwork played greatly in winning the last set, 25 to 18 and a final score of was 3 to 1.
