Last Friday the Boys went to White Swan for their 4th game of the season. The Coyotes scored 30 points in the 1st quarter which was a high quarter this season. White Swan just couldn’t  come back from how much they were down early giving the Coyotes the win 88-52. WIN 83-29

Saturday the Coyotes had a home games against Goldendale. The game started off slow for Burbank, but they still managed to score 18 in the first quarter.  Once the Coyotes were hitting shots they couldn’t stop and pulled to a 40-14 lead at half. WIN 69-39

Burbank finished up the three game stretch at Ki Be on Tuesday.   This would be their last non league game before they start league and it  didn’t disappoint. The boys came out strong and were scoring fast. Burbank took a big lead 20-6 after the first quarter had the Bears down all night.  Ki Be would try to  slow the game down and shoot at the end of the shot clock making it hard for the Coyotes to score fast but it didn’t work as the Coyotes defense forced a season record 36 turnovers.  Columbia-Burbank ended the half being up 46-13.  Burbank had 23 steals to Ki Be´s 1 steal on the night.  Early in the third quarter Burbank led 55-15 and the Coyotes cruised to a 69-39 victory.

Columbia-Burbank will have there first league game Thursday at Walla Walla Valley.  The Knights are 2-3 beating some of the same teams the Coyotes have beat so it should be a good game. On the Max preps website your Coyotes are ranked #1 for 2b Boys Basketball and continue to show it with a 6-0 record.
