Last week, snow was coming down all over the Tri-Cities. By 8 am there was about an inch of snow on the ground. Then by mid morning there was about 2 inches of snow. The snow storm set a new Tri-Cities record, April 11 the latest day in spring with snowfall. Schools around Tri-Cities either had to shut down cause of a power outage or had a 3 hour delay.
