The EWAC is a very competitive league and continues to get more competitive. Apart from just the EWAC there are many more conferences across the state of Washington. The Columbia Coyotes are ranked as the #3 team in the 2b classification.  Okanogan is #1 and Napavine #2, if they manage to stay there then they will have a chance to have the first round bye and will be automatically advanced to the quarterfinals.

Many 2b teams are looking to stay in playoff contention. Riverview, Tri-cities Prep, and Dayton-Waitsburg are looking to bounce into the top 12 for a chance to be in the playoffs and have a run for a ring. Most teams want to make the run to get the big trophy and have “bragging rights” they want to have that chance to prove who the best in the 2b football for the state of Washington.
