Saturday January 28th Girls Varsity played against Dayton-Waitsburg for their Senior night. This year there were four seniors: Josie lee, Kelsey McClary, Vanessa Ortega, and Jazzy Odgen. All four of them have been playing basketball since the start of their high school year. They have all been improving through out the years and have played hard.

Josie’s favorite moment in basketball was going to summer camp because they brought the teams together. Kelsey Favorite moment during basketball was when Alexia was pulling Vanessa’s legs and tripped over nothing. Jazzy’s favorite moment in basketball was switching to Columbia High School and being able to play for a team where all her teammates became more like a family. Vanessa’s Favorite moment during basketball season was having an inside joke with coach Toni and Josie about playing crab defense.

They all continue to work hard during practice and cant wait for playoffs to come!!
