Wednesday April 13th was the first 18 hole league match for our Coyote golf team. They played at Sun Willows Golf Course with about 95 other kids from all over the region. It was overall a very chilly day and extra challenging due to the weather changes. Will Neylon ended up shooting his personal best score at an 86, and Shayley Larson shot a 101.

This course served rather challenging for the competitors since the greens were recently punched and are also all sloped, so putting was difficult. This course also has holes along the highway and airport so the noise was a huge mental challenge.

Overall, the Coyotes did very well for their first league match and both placed 3rd. They are looking forward to their next matches next week at Veterans Memorial Golf Course on Tuesday and The Legacy Resort on Thursday.
